We are pleased to announce the workshop and demo "Imaging Ellipsometry". It will take place on May 23 at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg. We have scheduled a seminar, talks and hands on instrument training so participants will have the chance to evaluate their current knowledge and excel their skills in the field of imaging ellipsometry.
